We do seek your understanding to read through the "Important notes on customisation" below before committing to a a customisation job with us.
Customised Crystal Bracelets (Beaded)
- Customisation will generally take about 7 to 21 days (not inclusive of shipping time) and this is dependent on availability of requested crystals/stones.
- We will get in touch with you within 3 working days upon receiving your order to clarify your brief.
- Should you wish to discuss your request before committing, do drop us your details here, and we will be in touch,
- All customisations start from S$40.00, and a deposit of S$30.00 is required to secure the job.
- We will only proceed with a mock-up upon receiving the deposit, and is subject to only 3 round of changes, and an extra charge of $12.50 for every additional change requested. We will reserve the right to reject the job and refund all monies paid should we feel that we are unable to agree on a design after 5 rounds.
- The S$30.00 deposit will be used towards the total price of the bracelet.
